Alli Weight Loss Treatment for Obesity

Alli weight loss is a treatment for obesity. It is a lower strength version of the prescription drug Xenical, so is approved to be sold over the counter to adults. The starter pack includes a daily journal, reference guides and a month’s supply.  Alli weight loss should be combined with a low fat, low calorie diet and regular exercise.

These pills work by lessening the amount of fat absorbed in your intestines, thereby reducing the number of calories you absorb. You can take the pills up to three times a day.  Make sure you eat less than fifteen grams of fat in each meal, or you may experience gas or diarrhea, and other unpleasant symptoms.

It is advisable to take a vitamin supplement whilst using Alli weight loss treatment, as it can lessen absorption of some fat-soluble vitamins, such as vitamins A, D and E. It is also important to remember this product is intended to be used with a health practitioner-supervised reduced calorie diet.

The manufactures of Alli weight loss; say you will lose the most weight in the first six months.  As with other types of diets and programs, many find they regain weight once they stop taking the pills. There is little evidence supporting the effective ness of Alli weight loss, as most estimates are based on its prescription counterpart.

Alli Weight Loss Products

A diet pill like this is not a magic solution, so it is important to make sure you change your eating habits, exercise as much as possible, and change any other factors in your lifestyle that have contributed to your weight gain in the first place. Alli weight loss is meant to enhance, not replace regular exercise and a healthy diet.

Whenever considering any diet pill, or plan to lose weight, you should always work with your health practitioner to weigh up the potential risks and benefits.
