Fit over 40




Fit over 40 is a publication unlike any you may have seen before. It is compelling and inspirational. It incorporates health, fitness as well as personal development.

When you first visit the fit over 40 website, the landing page tells you how, Jon Benson, the author and creator, a man aged forty three, can show you how to burn more body fat in the next ten days than you have in the last ten months.  He goes on to say that these are the techniques, which he used to lose seventy pounds and to keep this weight.

You can then fill in a simple form including your age, sex, first name and email address to receive a FREE ten day fat burning course, two mystery gifts, a weekly newsletter, and a sample chapter from his book Fit over 40, OR you can be redirected to the home page to read more, as I did.

This publication is divided into three parts and tells the stories of fifty people who have been struggling to lose weight, with little success until they used the information in, fit over 40.

The first section tells Jon Benson’s journey from obesity, and his journey along the road to recovery. It contains many important lessons, and shows how to overcome problems.

The second part of Fit over 40 introduces you to the other role models in the book.  Each individual shows their before and after photographs, and talks about his or her eating and exercise program. This section is also divided into four age groups. There is even a seventy plus group, where you can read the story of a seventy-seven year woman who competes in bodybuilding competitions, with her forty eight year old daughter.

The third part of Fit over 40 involves training with Tom Venuto. Using mental strategies to program your subconscious. This step-by-step system can reshape your body and teach you how to be fit and healthy, regardless of your age. It guarantees to restore your confidence, take as much as twenty years off the way you look, boost your metabolism, lose all the weight you want, and gain muscle.
