Lose Weight With Healthy Eating




Its no wonder we all need to lose weight, as a nation we spend over $110 billion each year on fast foods. Did you know that ninety percent of our grocery shop is processed, high in fat, or far too safty.  Very few of us eat meals each day, which are made with basic ingredients, essential to our health and our ability to lose weight.

Much of the reason for this is the growing number of women working, and the increase in convenience foods. Somehow its always easier to find an excuse why we cannot lose weight, rather than start eating healthily. Celebrities tempt us with the latest fad diets, which are supposed to make you lose weight with out even trying, but although they say it works for them, it rarely does for us.

Let me give you a few tips. If you want to look after yourself and achieve weight loss, you have to look after your immune system.  This is your bodies defense system and it is sadly failing due to the lack of nutrients found in our food and the other stresses of modern living.

The main problem is that any guide or plan to help you lose weight, tells you that in order to lose the pounds you have to reduce the calories in your diet. However, with the way we eat today, less food just means less nutrients.  This means you   body has to cope with more stress, which in turn affects  your immune system. Its no wonder you lack energy and fail every attempt to lose weight.

This is why if you want to lose weight you must eat healthily.  Start including sufficient fruits and vegetables. The recommended is at least five portions a day.  If your local shop sells organic, this is always a better choice. Use seeds, nuts and whole grains to make sure you have enough fiber.

When trying to lose weight it is imperative that you drink bottled water, at least two liters each day.  If you smoke, give it up.
