The master cleanse diet book also claims that this diet cures a variety of aliments, even ulcers, though there is not actually any scientific backing for this.
Although an excellent way to cleanse your system and to lose weight fast, you must remember that the minimum recommended time to spend on this lemonade diet is ten days.
