Leslie Kenton has published many books about raw food diet(s).  These include the Raw Energy Food Combining Diet, Raw Energy Recipes, Juice High and The Raw Energy Bible. These books relate a way of eating, which involves fifty to seventy five percent of the foods you eat, not being cooked.  This way of eating can rejuvenate your body, heighten energy, balance your emotions, prevent colds and flu, intensify athletic performance and give you greater mental clarity.
